Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout, and you’ll get a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $35. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and we’ll help with a return or exchange.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. See our Return & Refund Policy.

We’re sorry! Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or refund — no need to return the damaged item.

Absolutely. Many packs serve 25–50 guests, and we offer extra savings on large orders. Send us your guest count and we’ll put together a quote.

A simple rule of thumb: plan 2 plates, 2 cups and 3 napkins per guest, plus one tablecloth for each 6–8 ft table. Every product page has a pack calculator.

Yes. Our plates are made from thick, coated paper that holds hot and cold food without bending or going soggy.

Our 54 × 108 in plastic tablecloths fit standard 6–8 ft rectangular folding tables with a nice drop on each side.
